Paid media management in Cali: how we work and who with

Eight years running multi-platform advertising from Cali. How we work and in what order, with what kind of company, what we promise and what we don't, and what it costs.
Looking for an advertising supplier in your own city follows a simple logic and it still holds: whoever knows the local market understands who you sell to without having it explained twice, and can sit at the same table the day the conversation calls for it. This is what we do from Cali, who we do it with, and where our limits are.
The short answer: what we do from Cali
We run multi-platform paid media —Meta, Google, TikTok and whichever applies— for companies that need results, not followers: leads worth having if you sell services, sales if you sell online. Eight years of work from Cali, with the ad accounts always in the client's name and a live dashboard where spend and results are visible without waiting for the report. We serve the Valle region and the whole country.
How we work, in order
The order matters more than the tools, and it's always the same:
- Tracking first, not campaigns. Before investing the first peso we agree with you what a result is. If you sell services: what counts as a lead, what data they have to leave and at what moment it goes to your sales team. If you sell online: what gets tracked along the buying journey, from cart to payment, and with what value. With that clear we install and verify the tracking on each platform —the Meta pixel, Google Ads conversions, the store's or the site's events— and we confirm with a real test that it's recording. Without that agreement, any later report is an opinion.
- Then the structure. Which platform goes in depending on how people buy from you —whether your customer is already searching for you or the need has to be awakened— with what budget and what we ask each campaign to optimize for.
- Then the testing rhythm. New pieces and messages coming in regularly, because the cost per result rises on its own when the creative wears out.
- And the feedback from the business. In services, every month your team tells us which leads were real. In online sales, the sale speaks for itself and what we look at is which campaign sustains the return, with what average order value and which product is carrying the result. That feedback loop is what makes the campaign improve rather than repeat itself.
What kind of company we work with
We're open to any sector. Where we have the most road behind us is professional services and B2B companies —law, healthcare, executive search, industry— and stores selling online, but the sector isn't the filter: what decides whether this is for you is knowing what a new customer is worth or what each sale leaves you, because that figure is what lets you decide how much can be paid to bring them in.
What your model does change is the arithmetic, not whether the work applies. With a high ticket and a long cycle, one new customer covers several months of spend, the volume is low and the reading is done by quarter. In online sales everything moves faster and with more transactions: cost per purchase, return per peso invested, average order value and what happens between the click and the payment are what rule, and that's read almost daily. They're two paths, not a good one and a bad one.
What's included and what isn't
| Included in the fee | Quoted separately | |
|---|---|---|
| Campaigns | Every platform that applies, with no charge per extra channel | — |
| Tracking | Installation, verification and definition of the result being measured: valid lead or purchase | — |
| Monitoring | Continuous optimization, live dashboard and monthly report | — |
| Production | — | Creatives and campaign page: they're production, not management |
| Spend | — | Paid by the client directly to the platform, and the account is theirs |
The limits are published on purpose. Half the problems with an agency start with having promised what wasn't in the fee, and the other half with not having said so in time.
Being in Cali: what really changes and what doesn't
It's worth bearing the ground in mind: in Colombia 93.7% of searches go through Google, so the demand that already exists is almost all harvested in one place. Being here changes little in the operation and a lot in the conversation. Delivery is remote —the work is the same for a company in Cali, in Bogotá or outside the country— but kick-off meetings and reviews can happen in person, and in budget decisions that carries weight. Knowing the ground helps too: understanding why certain sectors in the Valle move through relationships and what that means for what a campaign can promise.
What doesn't change is the method. If your company is in another city, the only difference is that we meet on a screen — and how we work the other front, showing up on Google and in artificial intelligence answers, is on our SEO and AI ranking agency in Cali page.
What we promise and what we don't
What is committed: the work and its frequency, the tracking installed and verified, the report with the cost of each result —lead or purchase—, whether it comes out good or bad, new tests every month, and that the accounts and the history are yours no matter what.
What is not committed is a fixed number of customers per month or a guaranteed cost per result. Nobody controls the auction or what the competition does this week, and whoever promises that is selling an expectation they don't govern. The signals for telling one from the other —with us too— are in how to choose who runs your paid media.
What it costs
Our rate is published: COP 1,200,000 a month plus 10% of the managed spend, with whatever platforms are needed and the full scope on our managed paid media service. The ad spend goes separately and is yours. How much spend your case needs is worked out with your own numbers —what a customer is worth and how many leads it takes to close one, or what each sale leaves you and what return you need. Read more on what paid media management costs in Colombia, where that calculation is worked through step by step.
Frequently asked questions
Do you serve companies outside Cali?
Yes. The operation is remote and we work with companies across the country and outside Colombia too. Being in Cali means we can meet in person when it's needed, not that we only work here.
Do you have a physical office?
We don't have an office open to the public and we'd rather say so up front. We work connected, and when we need to meet we come to your company or meet somewhere in the city.
Who will I be talking to: an account manager or the person running the account?
The person running the account. We take on few accounts at a time precisely so there's no middleman passing along messages, which is where the months nobody can explain what was done begin.
Do you work with companies that already have a marketing team?
Yes, and it usually turns out better. Your team knows the business and has information no supplier has; we bring the operation and the measurement. The only thing to make clear from the start is who executes what.
Do you also handle social media content?
Advertising and organic content are different jobs and it's worth not mixing them into the same expectation. We handle the advertising; producing the pieces is quoted separately and, if the volume calls for it, worked with partners. We say so before signing so nobody expects a publishing calendar inside the management fee.
How much of my time does this take per month?
A kick-off meeting of one to two hours and after that around half an hour a month, plus the time it takes your salesperson to tell us which leads were useful. That last figure is the most valuable of all and it's the one we can't get without you.
How does the process start?
With a short conversation to understand the business and see whether the model adds up. If it does, we agree what counts as a result —valid lead or purchase—, install the tracking and start. We don't ask you to decide anything in the first meeting.
