Web development for companies in Cali: how we work and who with

Eight years building corporate sites and online stores from Cali. How we work and in what order, with what kind of company, what we promise and what we don't, and what each type of project costs.

Looking for a supplier in your own city follows a logic that still holds: whoever knows the local market understands who you sell to without having it explained twice, and can sit at the same table the day the conversation calls for it. This is what we do from Cali in web development, who we do it with, and where our limits are.

The short answer: what we do from Cali

We design and build corporate sites and online stores for companies that need customers, not a brochure on a screen. Eight years of work from Cali, with the domain, the hosting and the credentials always in the client's name, and sites built to load fast and to let Google and artificial intelligence read them. We serve the Valle region and the whole country.

What used to take months we deliver in days, because it's built by a team of specialists with years of development experience, with artificial intelligence built into the rest of our tools. It isn't a stripped-down version of the work: it's the same work with better tools, and the time saved shows up in the price.

How we work, in order

The order matters more than the tools, and it's always the same:

  1. The objective first, not the design. Who you sell to, what that person has to do on the site and what they decide with. The page structure comes out of that; do it the other way around and you get pretty sites that move nothing.
  2. Then the content. What each page says and in whose words —your customer's, not the industry's. It's the stage that stalls the most projects, so we define from the start who writes what and by when.
  3. Then the build. Custom design and lightweight code, with speed as a requirement rather than a final tweak: the site is delivered meeting the thresholds Google uses to measure experience, the Core Web Vitals, checked with PageSpeed Insights on delivery day. This is where it's decided whether the site is going to perform or just look good.
  4. And the measurement before anything is switched on. Analytics installed, the form tested end to end, and the old addresses redirected if it's a redesign, so you don't lose the ranking you already had.

What kind of company we work with

We're open to any sector. Where we have the most road behind us is professional services and B2B companies —law, healthcare, executive search, industry— and stores selling online, but the sector isn't the filter: what decides whether this is for you is knowing what a new customer is worth or what each sale leaves you, because that figure is what lets you decide how much it makes sense to invest in the site.

What your model does change is the project, not whether we can help you. Capturing leads calls for speed, a clear message and forms that work. Selling online adds payments, shipping, inventory and purchase testing: it's a different scope and it's quoted differently from day one. They're two paths, not a good one and a bad one.

The limits are published on purpose. Half the problems in a web project start with having promised what wasn't in the scope, and the other half with not having said so in time.

Being in Cali: what really changes and what doesn't

It changes little in the operation and quite a lot in the conversation. Delivery is remote —the work is the same for a company in Cali, in Bogotá or outside the country— but kick-off meetings and reviews can happen in person, and when a budget has to be decided that carries weight. Knowing the ground helps too: understanding why certain sectors in the Valle move through relationships changes what the page has to say to be useful to someone who is going to arrive already referred.

What doesn't change is the method. If your company is in another city, the only difference is that we meet on a screen. And if you also need to be found —on Google and in artificial intelligence answers— that front is worked separately and it's on our SEO and AI ranking agency in Cali page.

What we promise and what we don't

What is committed: the scope in writing, the speed the site is delivered at and the tool it's checked with, dates by stage, the measurement installed, and that the domain, the hosting, the content and the credentials are yours no matter what.

What is not committed is a position on Google or a number of customers per month. Nobody controls the search engine or the competition, and whoever promises that is selling an expectation they don't govern. What can be committed is the technical foundation you compete on: speed, structure and content that answers real questions. The signals to tell one from the other —with us too— are in how to choose who builds your website.

What it costs

Our rates are published: a One Page from COP 1,500,000, a multi-page site from COP 3,500,000, a high-performance site with a content manager included from COP 5,000,000, and to sell online, a WordPress store from COP 4,200,000, Shopify from COP 6,000,000 and a high-performance store from COP 9,500,000. Maintenance is separate and starts at COP 120,000 a month depending on the type of site. The full scope of each plan is on our web design and development service, and what moves the price from one project to another is worked through in how much a corporate website costs in Colombia.

Want to know what type of site suits you and what yours would cost? Tell us what your company does, who it sells to and when you need it. If you're in Cali we can meet; if not, we sort it out on a screen the same day.

Frequently asked questions

Do you serve companies outside Cali?

Yes. The operation is remote and we work with companies across the country and outside Colombia too. Being in Cali means we can meet in person when it's needed, not that we only work here.

Do you have a physical office?

We don't have an office open to the public and we'd rather say so up front. We work connected, and when we need to meet we come to your company or meet somewhere in the city.

Who will I be talking to: an account manager or the person doing the work?

The person doing the work. We take on few projects at a time precisely so there's no middleman passing along messages, which is where the weeks nobody can explain the project's status begin.

How long does delivery take?

A standard corporate site is delivered in days. What makes the difference isn't the development: it's how fast your business information reaches us and how fast you review and approve what we show you. That's why we define it by stages from the start, with dates for both sides and not just ours.

Do you work with companies that already have a marketing team?

Yes, and it usually turns out better. Your team knows the business and has information no supplier has; we bring the build and the technical judgment. The only thing to make clear from the start is who executes what, because the typical problem isn't capacity but two sides each waiting for the other to move.

What if I already have a site and don't know whether it's worth rebuilding?

You measure before deciding. Often the honest answer is that nothing needs rebuilding: lighten the images, write the missing pages and fix the form, and the site starts performing. When rebuilding is the right call, we say so with the argument on the table and the numbers done.
